When does the Romance start to kick in in Cardcaptors? Around what episode because the Eng dub doesn't have it and I'm going to watch the sub version but want to start just when the Romance gets started.

Romance between Sakura & Syaoran started on the second season, thats when Syaoran developed his feelings for sakura.maybe its in episode 35..so that you will get to feel Syaoran’s growing feeling for Sakura.
although it just became intense on the last few episodes ( season 3). The last OVA episode # 70,where they battle a nameless card is when sakura finally confessed to Syaoran.
Watching it in Sub is different from watching it in dub, in my case i find subs better because the original voice is able to really portray the emotions that every character is supposedly feeling.
