She's currently in paris and won't be returning for about another 2 months. She'll be three months pregnant when she returns home. I want to do some romantic and sweet, so she knows I care and that I won't let any harm come to her and the baby.

How about Nice flowers and a romantic dinner and just regularly try to serve her in her daily needs and just be there for her always and keep reminding her that you care .

Firstly, id like to say congratulations and i hope that everything goes to plan for you and your partner.
Secondly about the romantic part, what about you pick her up from where ever, bring her some really pretty flowers, have dinner almost ready when you get home (make sure someone watches it), after dinner, run here a nice warm bath and tell her to relax. Then after all of that, lay down in bed and give her a nice gently massage.
