We haven't seen each other in 6 months, and we are meeting in Harrisburg for two weeks. We need something romantic but inexpensive.

Go to Hershey PA, less than 20 minutes from Harrisburg. The Hershey Gardens, Hershey Park, The Museum..all are great options.
If you want to splurge on your accomodations one night, go to “The Inn of the Dove”. They have big round beds, jacuzzi tubs, steam spas…very “honeymoon” type rooms.
If you are the partying type, come to 2nd street in Harrisburg and do a little bar hopping. Hit the Hardware Bar for a fun, upbeat atmosphere, stop at Kokomos if you are more of a sportsbar type fan, or enjoy Eclipse Dance club for a young, jumping crowd.

Go with a bed and breakfast. Look for one with horse trails and a spa nearby. Would be cute to get his and her treatments, which may be a little cheaper in price.
Why Harrisburg? I would recommend Gettysburg as a better location. Only place I know in Harrisburg is Rod’s Road house. It has cool old time car stuff and is popular.
