What are some of the best romance novels?

I am trying to get some ideas for a good romance book to read. I enjoy books like: Mr. Perfect, Kiss of the Highlander, Out of Time/Both Sides of Time/Prisoner of Time, Lynsay Sands Argeneau Vampire Series, Twilight Series, & many more. I'm not picky. I love historical romances. I love mysteries with romance. I absolutely love vampire romances books by any authors. Do you have any suggestions for others?

I personally love the old ‘classic’ romance books. ‘Emma’ by Jane Austen is clever and had plenty of smart dialogue. ‘Daddy Longlegs’ is more of a teen book in that the character is young, it has a very sweet story about an orphan and the benefactor she comes to love. If you like stories that gradually unfold the romance, ‘Anne of Green Gables’ and the sequels are all wonderful. Gilbert Blythe is an amazingly well written ‘love interest’ in that series.
    Hope this helps!

  4. Clover

i love Lynsay Sands books :)

my favorite series this year is Halfway to the Grave by Jeaniene Frost-to give you a little summary i would say it’s about a half vamp half human girl (22 year old) who devotes her life to kill the vamps because of a promise she made to her mom. she meets a fellow vamp hunter only it turns out that he is a vampire.

Stray by Rachel Vincent is very good!

i have more books if you want

I may suggest “P.S I Love you” by Cecilia Ahern.
I think the story is quite cool…
It’s about a young woman who’s husband has just died of some disease. She was upset for months and then, she found out something her late husband had left for her, letters for each month, each one signing at the bottom with “P.S I love you”

Is this story acceptable? ^^ Have a nice day.

The Other Boleyn girl is very good.

    Some titles by Mary Balogh.

Sandra Brown is good, Nora Roberts, Jo Beverly, Diana Plamer.

I love older harlequin romances from the 1980s on down. The plots are more intense not as corny. Favorite authors for these are Charlotte Lamb, Roberta Leigh, Sally Wentworth, Robyn Donald, Anne Mather, Michelle Reid, Carole Mortimer.
