Irresistible Forces

Product Description
One week of mind-blowing sex on a beautiful Caribbean island. Of all the business proposals financial tycoon Dominic Saxon has heard, Taylor Steele's is definitely the most tempting. All Taylor wants in return is for Dominic to father her baby. No strings, no commitments…just a mutually satisfying arrangement. Make that very satisfying. For a man with no intention of marrying again, it sounds ideal.

Taylor wants a baby, not a relationship. And sexy, intelligent Dominic seems like a man with perfect genes. Turns out, Dominic has perfect everything. Their "procreation vacation" is a whirlwind of sensual ecstasy. But when it's over, will either of them be able to say goodbye?

I thought this book by Brenda was just okay. True, there was plenty of sex, but more is required to make a book a good read for me. The story line was a little weak, it actually reminded me of an older Brenda book featuring Sterling Hamilton.

Brenda, please get back to writing books similar to “Her Little Black Book”, and the Madaris family. Provide us something to read with a little substance.

THis was a good read ! Taylor I belived was a nice looking young lady. But to go to lengths that she did was a little too bold. But she got what she wanted and did not expect to find love in the end.

Was this a sex guide or a romance novel? because I honestly couldn’t tell. This was such a bad book on SO MANY levels! I only gave it 1 star because I HAD too. I do not recommend this book at all and is an author I will NEVER read again. There wasn’t a story at all, I mainly felt like I was reading a manual on sex positions, BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!

Ban this book! Not because of its attempted salaciousness or its contrived scenes, unbelievable characters and unrealistic backgrounds but because it is so very, very badly written. How many times must the impossibly endowed hero “rasp” at the heroine and call her “cherie”? How many coy euphemisms for the male and female anatomy–no, there’s just one for the girl. How flat the descriptions fall, how shallow the characterizations, how simplistic the plot. I’ve never read a book of this genre before nor shall I again. World fiction is replete with books depicting sexual passion and most of them do it well. Try, for example, Elizabeth George’s contemporary Lynley-Clyde-Havers series. And they’re brilliant in every sense. As for how I came to read this book, about three weeks ago I was excitedly loading my new Kindle 2 for the first time and I hit the wrong button, not understanding then how to get rid of it. Yesterday I read it. Again, ban it.

I will never abandon my treasured books, but the Kindle 2 is stunning. An avid reader, I can’t imagine being without it now. This is a superb piece of technology, and an enormous pleasure to possess. Consider it seriously. Just don’t load this book!

Because I am a huge fan of Ms. Jackson’s, I have been purchasing her titles for a long, long time now.

I know this book is a work of fiction, but it came across as very unrealistic. It was hard to believe that this very successful assets manager, Taylor Steele, would ask one of her top clients, Dominic Saxon, to create a baby with her, when she has always been on a very professional level with him.

Furthermore, the book had the male hero, Saxon, acting exactly the way so many of Ms. Jackson’s previous male heroes act. It’s all becoming redundant now.

But what has really disappointed me about the book is that now Ms. Jackson is about to really cross her characters.

Did anyone notice that Taylor’s sister, Cheyenne Steele, is obviously pregnant for Quade Westmoreland. Did anyone else catch that?

So now it’s going to be the Westmoreland, Saxon, and Steele saga?

No more! Like I said, enough already.

Now I for one like “connect books.” But enough is enough.
