How do I make a romantic dinner with a picky eater?

My boyfriend is a very picky eater. He doesn't like any seafood, chicken, or pork, unless it's bacon. He likes beef but I'm not too educated on making a good steak and it's not really in my price range. Can you guys help me out to make a for our year anniversary?
Thanks guys! I did get all the ingredients for the bacon pasta and I also bought some flank steak. I'm going to put it together. Thanks a lot! :)

Does he like pasta ? If so , this easy bacon pasta bake is elegant and yummy , im sure he’d like it .

    INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
    18 ounces rotini pasta
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1/2 cup milk

    DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Heat oil in a large saucepan or skillet, , bacon, salt and pepper. Cook until bacon is crispy .Than add in onions and sautee for a little longer but so bacon doesn’t burn . Pour in tomato soup and stir; bring to boil. Stir in Cheddar cheese until melted and thick.
Combine sauce with pasta in a baking dish, trickle milk down the sides of the dish and stir slightly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place under the oven broiler until sauce is thick and cheese browned.

I can’t believe you’ve gone with a picky eater for a whole year! But seriously, folks, I’d give him the directions to a really nice restaurant and then you can pay for it…cooking for a picky eater is NO WAY to treat a lady!

I know you said a steak isn’t really in your price range…but I think I have an idea. Buy a thin steak such as flank steak or skirt steak. If you look for bargins, Im positive you’ll find something that you can work with. When you make it, cook it (however you prefer) and then slice it to about 1 inch thick. Make some yummy mashed potatoes or even a baked potato along with some veggies and garlic bread!

P.S. The reason why I suggested to cut it into small-ish pieces so you can give him more!

    Good luck and happy anniversary!

Hmm…. Make fresh pasta? Well, I mean buy it and put the supper together with that. It’s cheap, easy, and very tasty. What I usually buy is the olivieri beef raviolis with their arabbiatta sauce. You can serve with a little bit of grated parmesan (don’t get the kraft stuff, get some fresh in the cheese section) and serve with a salad if he’s into that kind of thing, and fresh italian bread with flavored olive oil. Put more emphasis on the presentation and it’ll look like a pricey supper at an italian restaurant.
